About Healthcare Caterers International
The world is getting smaller! Sharing common perspectives, facing common issues, and addressing common needs related to the healthcare catering profession is driving the international community together. Healthcare Caterers International is a global alliance of membership associations representing caterers and foodservice managers in healthcare industries.

HCI began with six members when its first board meeting was hosted in July 2004. The growing federation now includes eleven charter members from around the globe. Each member enjoys the synergies derived from pooling targeted resources to serve all members.
